The Problem
A recipe book inspired by my grandmother’s classic desserts. Each recipe reflects the homemade baking she shared at family gatherings. The goal was to translate those memories into a cohesive visual system that feels warm, personal, and timeless.

All recipes are sourced from my grandmother. The visual direction centers on nostalgia, simplicity, and warmth.

System Development
The cover illustration became the foundation of the visual system. To reinforce the homemade theme, I incorporated a gingham pattern — referencing picnic traditions and comfort baking. A layered cherry-and-floral motif adds personality and creates a recognizable brand element that carries throughout the book.
